HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER ARRIVES?
Orders will ship the next day for in stock items or up to 5 business days for custom items. Items are shipped via USPS and average delivery times of 2-5 business days.

HOW DO I STORE MY EARRINGS?
It's recommended to store your earrings on a flat surface or hang them. Store your jewelry outside of the bathroom or other places with excess humidity.

HOW DO I KEEP MY EARRINGS BEAUTIFUL?
Keep clear of any water, makeup and hair products. Your accessories should be the last thing you put on before heading out the door. Hair sprays, perfumes and products can accelerate tarnishing of the metals if sprayed directly on the earrings.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY EARRINGS?
Unfortunately, returns or exchanges are not offered due to the hygienic risk involved. However, if your item somehow breaks, please contact us right away.

CAN I REQUEST CUSTOM DESIGNS?
